Shipping and Returns
Your order will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground service. Orders usually ship within 48 hours. Please allow up to 5 days for ground transportation.
INSPECTING SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGEPlease inspect your box and its contents and report any damage to us within 5 days of receipt as we are required to report shipping damage to our carriers within that timeframe.
RETURNSYou may return all or part of your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase provided the products are undamaged and returned in the original packing materials. We cannot honor returns after the 30-day time period.
HOW TO RETURNTo ship your item back to us, please email contact@pureboo.com to obtain an RMA number. Please ensure that the RMA number is included inside the box prior to shipping so we may process your refund without delay.
